sacregg.com is a League of Legends educational website and passion project focused primarily on top lane. It publishes a toplane lol tierlist for every patch, covering both solo queue and pro play, along with other educational content. League Framework is currently a work in progress that aims to scale all League knowledge from beginner levels all the way to pro play.

The toplane lol tierlists, for competitive and solo queue, are updated with every League of Legends patch, usually within 1-3 days of the patch going live. Riot releases a new patch roughly every two weeks.

Rankings are based on patch note analysis, pro play pick and ban data from LEC, LCK and LPL, solo queue win rates from lolalytics and personal experience, and testing since season 1 in master+ rank. Solo queue and competitive play tier lists are ranked separately, because a champion’s strength and priority in pro play often depends on many other variables aside the generic power level of the champion.

The solo queue tier list ranks champions by how well they perform in ranked games overall, with the caveat that it holds a slight bias towards higher elo games, emerald+ and above (That’s why you will see champions like Volibear and Nasus ranked lower than their actual power level, though the tier list will mention if that is the case). The competitive tier list ranks champions by priority in pro play drafts, including blind pick safety, counterpick value and fearless draft considerations.

Sacre has 12+ years of competitive League experience, including 16+ years of playing League altogether. Sacre has competed in LEC and has over 30 top 3 placements at the ERL, a tier 2 level just below the LEC. Notable achievements include top 2 at European Masters and a champion of Germany, Greece and Balkans
